Squirl art has over fourteen years experience working in arts education from primary school to degree level.  Developing exciting projects which enhance and complement mainstream curriculum subjects and improve cross-curricular engagement with communities, schools, universities and colleges. Working with young people who have been excluded from mainstream education, those with physical and learning difficulties, and adults with sight impairment and blindness, Squirl art involves all participants in engaging and informative workshops and award winning projects.

Squirl art develops and leads educational art programmes and workshops independently or works alongside other organisations including Strange Cargo Arts, Dover Arts Development, Animate Arts, Up On the Downs,  Kent County Council, Canterbury College, Turner Contemporary, Sidney Cooper Gallery, Christ Church University, and the University for the Creative Arts.

Below are some images from previous projects, including  Community engagement workshops with Up on the Downs, Canterbury Partnership Districts’ Inspire 'Ways to Rio', The Big Draw at the Sidney Cooper Gallery and Bronze Arts Award with Canterbury College students.
